Changelog for content_toggle.1.2 -- Content Toggle (expand/collapse)

change behavior on expand button click, all other open windows 'll close.
CSS 'll be loaden dynamic with /lib/toggle/stylesheet.php
Some CSS settings can be changed in this file.
Extra param = "width" (needs only be set in first content toggle)
For example width="720" status="active" (this 'll output an active window from 720 pixels width)
